- History of Flight:
On July 5, 2026, at about 1138 local time, a privately-registered Zenith CH-650B Zodiac, N452VC, sustained unknown damage when it was involved in an incident at Meadow Lake Airport (FLY/KFLY), Colorado Springs, Colorado. The pilot and passenger were not injured. The local flight originated at 1109.
The airplane was conducting touch-and-go(es) at the airport when it departed the right side of runway 15. The FAA reported that the airplane lost control on landing and struck a sign.
