- History of Flight:
On July 5, 2026, at about 0825 local time, a privately-registered Piper PA-28-140 Cherokee, N3995K, sustained substantial damage following a forced landing near Salome, Arizona. The pilot and passenger were not injured.
The FAA reported that the airplane experienced an engine failure and made a forced landing in a field. There is no flight-tracking data for the accident flight.
