- History of Flight:
On December 31, 2025, at about 1602 local time, a privately-registered Nanchang CJ-6A, N559TX, sustained unknown damage when it was involved in an accident at Burnet Municipal Airport/Kate Craddock Field (BMQ/KBMQ), Burnet, Texas. The pilot sustained serious injuries.

The FAA reported: "Aircraft unexpectedly became airborne during start up and the pilot jumped onto the wing and struck a fence." Local police reported that the airplane struck a fence on the west side of the airport, and that the pilot was transported to a nearby hospital.

The FAA reported: "Aircraft landing in a field and flipped over." The pilot reported to a news reporter that "the field was a good place to land until he hit something while rolling to a stop and flipped it over."

- History of Flight:
On January 1, 2026, at about 1628 local time, a privately-registered Mooney M20K, N1167Y, sustained minor damage when it was involved in an incident at Augusta Municipal Airport (3AU), Augusta, Kansas. There were no injuries. The local flight originated from 3AU at 1619 LT.

The FAA reported that: "Aircraft conducting touch and go landings, and post flight inspection revealed evidence of a prop strike." ADS-B data shows the airplane on short final to runway 18. Weather conditions at the time were unremarkable with calm wind.

On December 1, 2024, the airplane suffered a go-around incident at Stigler Regional Airport (KGZL), Stigler, Oklahoma. The FAA reported at the time: "The aircraft was landing on runway 35 when the pilot attempted a go-around. The pilot pulled the gear up, then decided to land but the gear did not fully extend."
