On July 3, 2026, at about 1317 local time, a privately-registered, float-equipped Piper J3C-65 Cub, N2020M, sustained substantial damage when it flipped over during an attempted takeoff from the Debsconeag Lake near Northeast Piscataquis, Maine. The pilot and passenger suffered unknown injuries.
