On June 23, 2026, at about 0930 local time, a privately-registered Piper PA-18A-150 Super Cub, N7764D, sustained substantial damage when it was involved in an accident at Minden-Tahoe Airport (MEV/KMEV), Minden, Nevada. The pilot was not injured.
The FAA reported that the airplane ground looped on takeoff.
