Cessna 152, N49261, incident occurred on July 1, 2026, at Salem-Willamette Valley Airport/McNary Field (SLE/KSLE), Salem, Oregon

- History of Flight:
On July 1, 2026, at about 1358 local time, a Cessna 152, N49261, registered to Salem Oregon Flight Training LLC, sustained unknown damage when it was involved in an incident at Willamette Valley Airport/McNary Field (SLE/KSLE), Salem, Oregon. The pilot was not injured. The local flight originated at 1149.

The FAA reported that the airplane was landing on runway 13 when it veered off and went into a fence. ADS-B data shows that the airplane entered a 360 turn over the approach end and touched down at the intersections of both runways and veered to the left.
