- History of Flight:
On December 11, 2025, at about 1338 local time, a Cessna TU206F Turbo Stationair, N917WC, registered to Barr Air Patrol LLC out of Mesquite, Texas, sustained substantial damage when it was involved in an accident near Chulavista, Alabama. The pilot was not injured, and passenger sustained minor injuries. The pipeline inspection flight originated from the Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport (BHM/KBHM), 
Birmingham, Alabama, at about 0956.

Preliminary information indicates the airplane made a forced landing in a field following a loss of fuel. Preliminary ADS-B data indicates the airplane conducted a pipeline inspection flight and was returning to KBHM when it entered a descending right hand turn and landed in the field.

- History of Flight:
On December 10, 2025, at about 1044 local time, a Cessna 425 Conquest I, N111KU, registered to Lot-A-Go Six LLC out of Polson, Montana, sustained unknown damage when it was involved in an incident at Dallas-Addison Airport (ADS/KADS), Dallas, Texas. The two pilots and four passengers were not injured. The cross-country business flight originated from the Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport (KBJC), Denver, Colorado, and was destined to KADS.

Preliminary ADS-B data indicates the airplane landed on runway 34 and exited into taxiway A via J when it veered left into the grass while travelling about 12 knots groundspeed. The airplane incurred a propeller strike as a result. Winds at the time were from 020° at 12 knots, gusting 22 knots.

Titan T-51 Mustang, N951TX, incident occurred on December 10, 2025, at Ryan Airfield (RYN/KRYN), Tucson, Arizona

- History of Flight:
On December 10, 2025, at about 0948 local time, a privately-registered Titan T-51 Mustang, N951TX, sustained minor damage (per FAA) when it was involved in an incident at Ryan Airfield (RYN/KRYN), Tucson, Arizona. The sole pilot onboard was not injured. The local flight originated from KRYN at 0936 LT.

According to the FAA: "Aircraft on landing and both main struts collapsed." ADS-B data show that the airplane had just touched down on runway 6R when it became disabled. There was one additional data point recorded 1 hour after the event that showed the airplane on the ramp.

- History of Flight:
On December 9, 2025, at about 1030 local time, a Bell 429 GlobalRanger, N24QT, registered to the QuikTrip Corporation out of Tulsa, Oklahoma, sustained unknown damage when it was involved in an incident near Anniston, Alabama. The pilot and three passengers were not injured.

The FAA reported that the helicopter landed on a slope which resulted in a rotor strike to the wire protection system.

According to online information:

"The WSPS™ Wire Strike Protection System™ provides a measure of protection for helicopters in the event of inadvertent flight into horizontally strung mechanical, electrical transmission, or communication wires or cables. The WSPS™ is designed to reduce the possibility of wires entering into the cockpit area, reduce the possibility of flight control damage during a wire strike, and decrease the possibility of wires becoming entangled in the landing gear. It is the original helicopter wire cutting system with over 20,000 kits delivered worldwide. In actual cases, this system was effective against multiple wire strikes. The typical WSPS™ consists of an upper cutter/deflector, a windshield deflector and lower cutter/deflector. Each cutter is equipped with high tensile steel cutting blades. Kits come complete with the necessary hardware to accommodate high or low skid gear and fixed or pop-out floats."

Piper PA-28-181 Pilot 100i, N6058F, accident occurred on December 9, 2025, at Conroe/North Houston Regional Airport (CXO/KCXO), Houston, Texas

- History of Flight:
On December 9, 2025, at about 1945 local time, a Piper PA-28-181 Pilot 100i, N6058F, registered to Ameriflyers of Texas Inc out of Addison, TX, and being operated by American Flyers, sustained substantial damage when it was involved in an accident at Conroe/North Houston Regional Airport (CXO/KCXO), Houston, Texas. The flight instructor and student pilot were not injured. The local training flight originated from KCXO.

The FAA reported that the airplane struck a deer during a landing attempt on runway 14, causing the left gear to collapse.
