- History of Flight:
On April 21, 2026, at about 0819 local time, a Piper PA-28-180 Cherokee C, N8923J, registered to Venture West LLC and doing business as the Venture West Airline Pilot Academy, was not damaged in a forced landing to major roadway terrain following a loss of engine power in Mesa, Arizona. The pilot was not injured. The local training flight originated from the Falcon Field (KFFZ) at 0635.

The FAA reported: "Aircraft declared mayday due to engine issues and made an emergency landing on a road."

- History of Flight:
On April 21, 2026, at about 1020 local time, a Piper PA-28-161 Warrior II, N4337V, registered to Thunderbird Aircraft Co, sustained unknown damage when it veered off runway 32 into the grass striking a taxiway light at Crystal Airport (MIC/KMIC), Minneapolis, Minnesota. The pilot was not injured. The local flight originated from KMIC at 1017.

ADS-B data shows that the airplane was conducting touch-and-go(es) on the runway when the incident happened. At the time, the winds were from 360° at 8 knots.

- History of Flight:
On April 21, 2026, at about 1822 local time, a Piper PA-24-260C Comanche, N73T, registered to Lucid Thought Consulting LLC, sustained unknown damage when it landed gearup on runway 23 at Terre Haute-Hulman Field (HUF/KHUF), Terre Haute, Indiana. The pilot was not injured. The cross-country personal flight originated from Burke Lakefront Airport (BKL/KBKL), 
Cleveland, Ohio, at 1452, and was destined to KHUF.

ADS-B data shows that the airplane was originally on approach to runway 23 when it conducted two passes then proceeded north of the airport to burn fuel. The airplane returned and conducted another lowpass at the airport, before landing safely with the gearup on runway 23.
