- History of Flight:
On October 19, 2026, at about 1308 local time, an Eurocopter EC 135P2, N3842, registered to and being operated by Air Methods LLC, sustained substantial damage when it suffered a bird and a post flight inspection at KSUS revealed damage to the main rotor. The pilot was not injured. The flight originated from Jefferson City, Missouri, and was destined to St. Louis, Missouri.
The NTSB is investigating.
