- History of Flight:
On October 21, 2026, at about 1500 local time, a Cirrus SR22, N815JD, registered to Builders Aviation LLC, sustained unknown damage when it was involved in an incident in Fargo, North Dakota. The pilot and passenger were not injured.
The FAA reported that the "airplane incurred a propeller strike due to failure of removing tow bar and fell off on landing."
Preliminary ADS-B data shows that the airplane departed Flying Cloud Airport (FCM/KFCM), Eden Prairie, Minnesota, at 1200, and landed at KFAR at 1522. It is unknown whether the propeller strike happened on takeoff in KFCM or while landing at KFAR, because the FAA reported the flight phase of the incident as takeoff, while reporting the incident time as 1500 LT.
