- History of Flight:
On October 18, 2026, at about 1052 local time, a Dassault Falcon 50, N200SG, registered to Jacks Wings LLC out of Boca Raton, Florida, sustained substantial damage when it was involved in an accident at Harry Reid International Airport (LAS/KLAS), Las Vegas, Nevada. The two pilots, one cabin crew member, and eight passengers were not injured. The Part 135 on-demand flight was destined to Toronto-Pearson International Airport (YYZ/CYYZ), Ontario, Canada.
The FAA reported that the jet aborted its take off, went off the end of the runway and hit a perimeter fence with the left wing.
Preliminary ADS-B data shows that the airplane was departing runway 01L (concrete/grooved 9770 x 150 ft) and had reached a groundspeed of 119 knots when it initiated an aborted takeoff with roughly 2000 ft remaining. It continued through the right side of the departure end and ended up on a service road.
Post-accident photos show that the jet sustained substantial structural damage to both wings and that the right main landing gear tire(s) were burst.
