- History of Flight:
On September 3, 2026, at about 1406 local time, a Robinson R22 Beta, N276SH, registered to Spitzer Helicopter LLC, sustained substantial damage when it was involved in an accident at Warren County Memorial Airport (RNC/KRNC), McMinnville, Tennessee. There was a flight instructor and student pilot onboard, one occupant suffered minor injuries.
The FAA reported that the helicopter experienced a tail strike while practicing auto-rotations and came to rest on its side.
