Cirrus SR22T GTS G6 carbon, N911SP, incident occurred on September 3, 2026, at Quad Cities International Airport (MLI/KMLI), Moline, Illinois

- History of Flight:
On September 3, 2026, at about 0930 local time, a Cirrus SR22T GTS G6 carbon, N911SP, registered to Scott & Patty Aviation LLC, sustained unknown, but apparent minor damage when it landed on runway 5 and went off the end, hitting a threshold light. The pilot and passenger were not injured. The local training flight originated from Davenport Airport (DVN/KDVN), 
Davenport, Iowa, at 0857.

The airplane initially conducted two touch-and-go(es) on runway 27 (10002 x 150 ft). After that, the airplane the landed on runway 5 (3514 x 150 ft) and went off the end going about 16 knots (GS).
