On October 2, 2026, at about 1800 local time, a Zipline P2 Zip electric VTOL unmanned aircraft, registered to Zipline International Inc and being operated by Walmart, N396ZE, sustained unknown damage when it crashed during a Walmart grocery delivery in Ennis, Texas. There were no injuries.
