Cessna 414A Chancellor, N1245A, accident occurred on October 2, 2026, near Boerne Stage Field (5C1), Boerne, Texas

- History of Flight:
On October 2, 2026, at about 1351 local time, a Cessna 414A Chancellor, N1245A, registered to Aircraft Holding Solutions LLC Trustee out of Newark, Delaware, was destroyed when it was involved in an accident near Boerne Stage Field (5C1), Boerne, Texas. The pilot and passenger were not injured. The flight was originating at the time.

The FAA reported that the airplane was on take off from runway 17 when it descended and made contact with an electric pole due to left engine failure.

Video evidence shows that the airplane was in a slow descent when the outer right wing contacted a power pole which started a fire in the right wing. The airplane continued to descend and landed gearup on the grass before coming to rest upright. The right wing fire spread and consumed the airplane, but both occupants made out before the fire spread.



Flight-tracking history shows that the airplane arrived at Boerne on May 12, 2026, and was not seen until the accident flight.

The accident airplane, serial number 414A-1201, was manufactured in 1984 and was fitted with a RAM Series VII engine conversion to the Continental TSIO-520 engines.
