Piper PA-24-250 Comanche, N6256P, incident occurred on October 3, 2026, at Rogue Valley International Medford Airport (MFR/KMFR), Medford, Oregon

- History of Flight:
On October 3, 2026, at about 1703 local time, a privately-registered Piper PA-24-250 Comanche, N6256P, sustained minor damage when it landed on runway 32 with the right main gear not locked which caused it to come to rest on the right wing. The pilot and two passengers were not injured. The personal flight originated from Sportsman Airpark (2S6), Newberg, Oregon, at 1514.

The airplane conducted two go-arounds on the runway before coming in for the third landing.
