- History of Flight:
On October 3, 2026, at 1810 local time, a Beechcraft G18S, N9690R, registered to Dove Enterprises LLC and operated by Aztec Airways as flight AZY4014, experienced an oil leak and smoke in the left engine while taxiing for departure for runway 28R and the engine caught fire at KFLL. The sole pilot onboard was not injured. The airplane was being operated as a Part 135 cargo flight.
