- History of Flight:
On October 3, 2026, at about 1416 local time, a Piper PA-44-180 Seminole, N897AT, registered to CXK1 LLC and being operated by the ATP Flight School, sustained unknown damage when it landed gearup on runway 12C at Mesa Gateway Airport (IWA/KIWA), Phoenix, Arizona. The flight instructor and student pilot were not injured. The local flight originated at 1200.
