- History of Flight:
On August 7, 2026, at about 0931 local time, a privately-registered Piper PA-24-250 Comanche, N6498P, sustained unknown damage when it suffered a landing gear collapse during a landing attempt at Tupelo Regional Airport (TUP/KTUP), Tupelo, Mississippi. The pilot and two passengers were not injured. The flight originated from an unknown airport at/around Ozark, Arkansas, at ~0725.
