- History of Flight:
On August 12, 2026, at about 1900 local time, a privately-registered, experimentally built Staudacher ZZ-102 airplane, N134ZZ, sustained substantial damage when it crashed under unknown circumstances near Thrall Lake Airport (7MI3), Vicksburg, Michigan. The pilot and his son were seriously injured. The local flight originated from 7MI3.
The NTSB is investigating.
