- History of Flight:
On July 17, 2026, at about 1155 local time, a Schleicher ASW 27-18 glider, N604DB, registered to Glideplan Inc, sustained unknown damage when it was involved in an incident at Truckee-Tahoe Airport (TKF/KTRK), Truckee, California. The pilot was not injured.
The FAA reported that the glider was on departure when the tow rope broke during causing it to land on runway and strike runway lights.
