On July 18, 2026, at about 1515 local time, a Robinson R44 Astro, N484AT, registered to Helicrop LLC, sustained substantial damage when it went down in a field for unknown reasons while conducting aerial application operations near Adair, Iowa. The pilot was not injured. The NTSB is investigating.
