On July 18, 2026, at about 0800 local time, a Diamond DA42 NG Twin Star, N805PA, registered to K2 Aviation LLC, sustained unknown damage when the right rear window departed the aircraft in flight near Jefferson City, Missouri. The pilot was not injured. The flight originated from Phillipsburg Airport (3I7), Dayton, Ohio, at 0658, and was destined to Jefferson City Memorial Airport (JEF/KJEF), Jefferson City, Missouri.
