- History of Flight:
On July 20, 2026, at about 1646 local time, a Bell 407, N519SF, registered to N179SF LLC and being operated by Survival Flight on an air ambulance flight, was not damaged when it made a precautionary landing in a field approx 10 miles north of KLIT to an engine chip warning light. The pilot and two medical crew were not injured. The helicopter departed the field about 4 hours later.
