- History of Flight:
On June 25, 2026, at about 1458 local time, a Bell 206B JetRanger III, N2193X, registered to Industrial Helicopters, sustained substantial damage when it struck a powerline and impacted terrain during an aerial application flight west of Stonewall, Oklahoma. The pilot suffered serious injuries. The flight originated from Ada Municipal Airport (KADH), Ada, Oklahoma.
Another idiot pilot. Darwinism at its finest.
