- History of Flight:
On December 19, 2025, at about 0930 local time, a Bell 505 Jet Ranger X, N505TZ, registered to Bell Textron Inc out of Fort Worth, TX, sustained substantial damage when it was involved in an accident at the Bell South Airfield (XS04), Fort Worth, Texas. The flight instructor and student pilot suffered minor injuries. The local training flight originated from SX04.
The FAA reported that the helicopter: "Rolled over on its side after touching down and tail boom separated."
