On September 25, 2026, at about 1414 local time, a Piper PA-44-180 Seminole, N30608, registered to Christiansen Aviation LLC, sustained unknown damage when it suffered a nose gear collapse on runway 12R at St. Louis Downtown Airport (CPS/KCPS), Cahokia/St Louis, Illinois. The pilot and passenger were not injured. The local training flight originated at 1350.
