- History of Flight:
On September 28, 2026, at about 1738 local time, a Piper PA-34-200 Seneca, N56686, registered to Paris Air Inc and doing business as Paris Air Flight School, sustained substantial damage when it was involved in an accident at Vero Beach Regional Airport (VRB/KVRB), Vero Beach, Florida. The flight instructor and student pilot were not injured. The airplane was being operated on a local training flight.
The FAA reported that the airplane was on takeoff when it experienced a nose gear collapse.
On December 10, 2024, the airplane suffered a nose gear collapse during landing at KVRB, but that event was not investigated by the NTSB.
