- History of Flight:
On September 26, 2026, at about 1711 local time, a Piper PA-28-181 Archer II, N8086G, registered to Mason Aviation Club LLC, sustained unknown damage when it experienced a left main gear detachment during a landing attempt on runway 10 at Mason Jewett Field (TEW/KTEW), Mason, Michigan. The pilot and passenger were not injured. The local flight originated at 1705.
The airplane was conducting a series of touch-and-go(es) when the incident happened.
