Piper PA-28R-201T Turbo Arrow III, N745AT, incident occurred on August 19, 2026, at Flying W Airport (N14), Lumberton, New Jersey

- History of Flight:
On August 19, 2026, at about 1113 local time, a privately-registered Piper PA-28R-201T Turbo Arrow III, N745AT, sustained unknown damage when it suffered a landing gear collapse during takeoff at Flying W Airport (N14), Lumberton, New Jersey. There were no injuries.

Preliminary ADS-B data shows that the airplane accelerated to about 24 knots groundspeed before it stopped transmitting data.
