- History of Flight:
On August 17, 2026, at about 2130 local time, a Gulfstream G-IV, N16GJ, registered to Global Empire Trust LLC, sustained unknown damage when it experienced a runway excursion during a landing attempt on runway 24 at Francis S Gabreski Airport (FOK/KFOK), Westhampton Beach, New York. The two pilots and eight passengers were not injured. The flight originated from Fort Lauderdale-Executive Airport (FXE/KFXE), Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The jet was previously involved in a taxiway excursion on April 16, 2026, at Okeechobee County Airport (OBE/KOBE), Okeechobee, Florida.
Maybe this jet needs to be retired, along with the pilots.
