- History of Flight:
On June 21, 2026, at about 0900 local time, a Piper PA-28-161 Warrior II, N3133Q, registered to Learn 2 Fly CT LLC, sustained unknown damage when it was involved in an incident at Newport State Airport (UUU/KUUU), Newport, Rhode Island. The pilot was not injured. The airplane was being operated on a training flight.
The FAA reported that the airplane veered into the grass while attempting to depart and suffered a nose gear collapse.
