Bailey-Moyes Dragonfly, N3849A, fatal accident occurred on June 22, 2026, near Clover Valley Airport (3WI5), Whitewater, Wisconsin

- History of Flight:
On June 22, 2026, at about 1238 local time, a Bailey-Moyes Dragonfly, N3849A, was not damaged when it was involved in an accident near Clover Valley Airport (3WI5), Whitewater, Wisconsin. The pilot was not injured.

The FAA reported that the accident aircraft was towing a hang glider on takeoff when the pilot of the hang glider fell approximately 30 feet resulting in a fatal injury. The NTSB is investigating the event.
