- History of Flight:
On June 21, 2026, at about 1247 local time, a privately-registered Cessna TR182 Turbo Skylane RG II, N2194S, sustained substantial damage when it was involved in an accident at Van Nuys Airport (VNY/KVNY), Los Angeles, California. The pilot was not injured. The flight originated from Paso Robles Airport (PRB/KPRB), Paso Robles, California, at 1147.
The FAA reported that the left main gear collapsed on landing. ADS-B data shows that the airplane was landing on runway 16R. Winds were from 40° at 12 knots, gusting 16 knots. The NTSB is investigating.
