- History of Flight:
On June 22, 2026, at about 1840 local time, a Bell 47G-2 helicopter, N65520, registered to N65520 LLC, sustained substantial damage when it was involved in an accident in Troy, Missouri. The pilot sustained serious injuries.
The FAA reported that the helicopter crashed into a tree line in a residential area for unknown reasons.
