On May 24, 2026, at about 1200 local time, a Progressive SeaRey LSX, N379GG, registered to Amphibious Adventures LLC, sustained unknown damage when it landed hard in the Colorado River and impacted a dock causing damage to the left wing. The pilot and passenger were not injured.
