On May 25, 2026, at about 1212 local time, a Culver LFA Cadet, N41705, registered to MX3 Hangar Rats LLC, sustained unknown damage when it suffered a main gear collapse at Butler County Regional Airport/Hogan Field (HAO/KHAO), Hamilton, Ohio. The local flight originated from KHAO. The pilot was not injured.
