- History of Flight:
On May 22, 2026, at about 1841 local time, a Piper PA-32R-300 Cherokee Lance, N4556Q, registered to Chief Aviation Services LLC, 
sustained substantial damage when it was involved in an accident near Comanche County-City Airport (MKN/KMKN), Comanche, Texas. The pilot and passenger were not injured. The flight was originating at the time.

The FAA reported that the airplane departed, experienced engine issues and attempted to return to airport but crashed in a field. ADS-B data shows that the airplane departed runway 17 and entered a descending left hand turn.
