- History of Flight:
On September 30, 2026, at about 1036 local time, a Grumman American GA-7 Cougar, N384MA, registered to Knoxville Aviation LLC, sustained unknown damage when it was involved in an incident after landing on runway 8 at Knoxville Downtown Island Airport (DKX/KDKX), Knoxville, Tennessee. The pilot and passenger were not injured. The local flight originated at 0912.

The FAA reported that the airplane veered off the taxiway after landing due to a flat tire incurring a propeller strike.
