- History of Flight:
On August 27, 2026, at about 1420 local time, a Piper PA-34-200T Seneca II, N428RJ, registered to Seneca EZ LLC, sustained unknown, but apparent minor damage when it veered off the taxiway due to a brake issue and ended up in a drainage ditch at Punta Gorda Airport (PGD/KPGD), Punta Gorda, Florida. The pilot and passenger were not injured.
