- History of Flight:
On August 16, 2026, at about 1120 local time, a Piper PA-28-180 Cherokee G, N2187T, sustained substantial damage when it veered off runway 3 and struck a runway light during a landing attempt at Sioux Falls Regional Airport (FSD/KFSD), Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The sole pilot onboard was not injured. The local training flight originated at 1028.
