- History of Flight:
On August 18, 2026, at about 2120 local time, a Piper PA-28R-200 Cherokee Arrow II, N2995R, registered to ABJ Aviation LLC, sustained unknown damage when it suffered a nose gear collapse during a landing attempt on runway 1 at Warren County Airport/John Lane Field (I68), Lebanon, Ohio. The pilot was not injured. The flight originated from Highland County Airport (HOC/KHOC), 
Hillsboro, Ohio, at 2037.

The airplane was conducting a series of touch-and-go(es) at I68 when the incident happened. Winds at the time were from 270°at 4 knots.
