- History of Flight:
On August 14, 2026, at about 1437 local time, a Gulfstream IV, N406JS, registered to Home Cloud Aviation LLC and being operated by Hera Flight as flight HER406, sustained substantial damage when it experienced a landing gear collapse and veered off runway 08R at Spirit of St. Louis Airport (SUS/KSUS), St Louis, Missouri. The two pilots and eight passengers were not injured. The Part 135 cooperate flight originated from Eagle County Airport (EGE/KEGE), Eagle, Colorado, at 1021.
ADS-B data shows the jet on final approach with a ground speed of 149 knots. Runway 08R is 7486 x 150 ft.
