- History of Flight:
On July 23, 2026, at about 0842 local time, a Cessna P210R Pressurized Centurion II, N5258A, sustained unknown damage when it was involved in an incident at Dexter B. Florence Memorial Field (ADF/KADF), Arkadelphia, Arkansas. The pilot was not injured. The flight originated from Texarkana Municipal Airport (TXK/KTXK), Texarkana, Arkansas, at 0804.

The FAA reported that the airplane "experienced a gear up landing following an unsafe gear indication. Manual extension was unsuccessful. Gear collapsed and aircraft veered into the grass."
