- History of Flight:
On April 30, 2026, at about 1730 local time, a Hiller UH-12E, N22SP, registered to Paragon Helicopter Services LLC, sustained substantial damage when it was involved in an accident near Chikasha, Oklahoma. The pilot was not injured. The helicopter was being operated on a local aerial application flight.
The FAA reported: "Aircraft control rudder blade broke off which cut off the tailboom and landed in a pasture."
