On May 3, 2026, at about 1508 local time, a Cessna 172S Skyhawk SP, N25CW, registered to Spartan Education LLC, sustained minor damage when it veered off runway 30L and struck an airport sign at Rocky Mountain Metro Airport (BJC/KBJC), Broomfield, Colorado. The flight instructor and student pilot were not injured.
