On April 19, 2026, at about 1622 local time, an Icon A5, N933BA, registered to International Air Services Inc Trustee, sustained unknown damage when it landed gearup on runway 28L at the Flying Cloud Airport (FCM/KFCM), Minneapolis, Minnesota.
