- History of Flight:
On April 18, 2026, at about 1521 local time, a Bell 407, N113AM, registered to Air Methods LLC and being operated by TriState CareFlight, was involved in a forced landing in Goodyear, Arizona. The pilot, two cabin crew, and one passenger were not injured.
The FAA reported: "Aircraft reported a tail rotor chip indicator light and landed 8 miles west of the airport." ADS-B data suggests that the helicopter landed in an elementary school.
