On October 5, 2026, at about 1458 local time, a Piper PA-31T2 Cheyenne IIXL, N630MW, registered to DMP II LLC out of Kissimmee, Florida, sustained unknown damage when it experienced a left main gear collapse during landing on runway 6R at the James M Cox Dayton International Airport (DAY/KDAY), Dayton, Ohio. The pilot and passenger were not injured. The flight originated from Chattanooga Municipal Airport (CHA/KCHA), Chattanooga, Tennessee, at 1334.
