On October 4, 2026, at about 1200 local time, an Aero Vodochody L-39C Albatros, N5683D, registered to CSC Enterprises Inc, sustained unknown damage when it landed gearup (unspecified if one gear or all gear) at Page Municipal Airport (PGA/KPGA), Page, Arizona. The pilot and passenger were not injured. The flight originated from Saint George Regional Airport (SGU/KSGU), 
Saint George, Utah, at 1048.
